Ensuring the security and safety of customer buildings and personnel.
This is an exciting new role has been developed to enable us to continue to enhance the experience for our clients visitors. This role forms part of our ongoing drive to deliver a safe, high quality service and the new post will be responsible for ensuring a first class experience is consistently delivered.
Additional duties to providing first class customer service will be customer and retailer engagement, managing vehicle flow on our service deck, carrying out regular inspections of the public and landlord areas to monitor and act on any health and safety or anti-social behaviour issues, reporting repairs, assisting contractors and completing relevant paper work where necessary.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage all levels of enquiries, small or large, from people from all walks of life and have an “anything is possible” approach.
We are looking for someone excellent communication skills and strong customer focus. Your success will be measured on how happy our customers are and it is essential you have experience of a role in which customer satisfaction is key. Organised, approachable and with good attention to detail, your warm personality and positive attitude should shine through. An understanding of the day-to-day operational requirements of a fast paced retail or hospitality environment is an advantage.
